My beloved treadmill that I use twice daily started making a weird noise and then died!
After a few emails with Claire, we arranged for an engineer to come. Phil, said engineer, was prompt, friendly, and courteous but, more importantly, quickly diagnosed the issue and told me what we needed to do. Once the new motor arrived, back came Phil, after me probably driving him crazy messaging for updates, and again cheerily and professionally fitted the new motor, and I was back in the treadmill business. Honestly, as a complete novice, I couldn't have wished to have found a more honest, reliable, and trustworthy company. Thank you so much.
