This "electrician" turned up at 9.30pm 3 hours late. He diagnosed the issue wrongly. Claimed he would contact me the next day with details re the part.. I had to chase him several times and he did not communicate as he promised.
I had to call the manager of the call center. They spoke with him and he lied about contacting me and he lied that the Mira manufactory company did not replace that part of the shower he claimed was needed. I contacted them myself and they informed me that they did indeed replace the part.
I would never recommend or use this "electrician " He has no customer service knowledge or care.
