Brilliant, reliable company with everything you might need for a trip away with little ones. Also the most responsive customer service I've ever experienced. We hired two yo yo's and had a slight problem with one, however my message was answered over WhatsApp within minutes and the issue sorted.
This is an edited review. After having some complications with my rental and delivery, I was displeased with the customer service. However, the company quickly, and directly, followed up with me, processed a refund, and nevertheless attempted to get the items urgently delivered. I sincerely appreciate their efforts to remedy the situation and get us what we needed. Great customer service.
We were flying to America with our 10 month old daughter and were worried about the flight time. We came across the flyaway but didn't really want to buy it as we would probably only use it once. With only days to go we found tiny explorers who offered it as a rental. I cannot recommend this company enough. Quick delivery and return as well as an understanding customer service team.
